- Prepare Ginger-Based Drinks
Ginger-based drinks can be an energizing choice. Ginger-honey tea for instance, can be an easy way to get ginger into your system. You can prepare this tea by mixing a teaspoon of ground ginger into three to four cups of boiling water. Add honey to taste.
